Developing the Young Workforce (DYW)

Scotland to help young people gain the skills, confidence and insight they need for the world of work. Funded by the Scottish Government and delivered through a network of 20 employer-led regional groups, DYW works with schools, colleges and partners to create meaningful employer-led experiences, including class talks, career insight days, workplace visits, work placements, mentoring and work-based learning.

As a partner of Ada Scotland, DYW is committed to raising awareness of opportunities in technology and digital careers, helping young people understand where their skills can take them and inspiring a more inclusive future workforce.
