Women in Technology network are delighted to host a panel event to discuss the early stages of a career in technology. Our panel members are all colleagues who are part of the Barclays Technology Early Careers programme, and they will use this session to share their personal experience through that journey. This session will provide opportunities for participants to directly interact with the panel members to find out how the panellists made a decision about the right career for them and the career pathway they have taken so far.
