Barclays Women in Technology network are delighted to host a panel event to discuss the early stages of a career in technology. Our panel members are all colleagues are currently on one of the Barclays Early Careers Technology programmes. This session will be open for participants to ask questions about how the panellists made a decision about the right career for them, the career pathway they have taken so far, hints and tips for the early stages of a career and why technology was the right choice for them.
