Baroness Goudie

Baroness Goudie is a member of the House of Lords and a key advocate for gender equality and women’s rights around the world. Some of her work includes co-founding the 30% Club, which seeks to globally increase the number of women on corporate boards to 30%, and being a member of various boards including Gender Action for Peace and Security, the Women’s Forum, and LSE’s Centre for Women, Peace and Security. Melissa Di Donato

Melissa Di Donato is the Chief Executive Officer of SUSE, a global leader in true open source solutions. Melissa has spent more than 20 years in technology, holding senior roles at SAP and Salesforce. Melissa is SUSE’s first female CEO and, as a passionate advocate for workplace diversity, is Technology Group Chair of the 30% Club. Additionally, Melissa is the co-founder of Inner Wings, a charitable foundation dedicated to empowering women and girls of all ages. Inspired by her own daughter, Melissa encourages girls everywhere to be courageous, to be brave, to be bold as they reach for their dreams (no matter how big), and to drive positive impact in the world around them.
